For a quebecer’s life to be reverted from its ongoing course, it takes solid material and convincing. Who would’ve predicted a sunday service would be such the venue where everything would be made new.

It was on a Sunday November 2019 that Pier-Luc relunctantly got in Redeemed Gospel Church in Montreal thanks to an acquaintance of his who felt inspired to invite him to church. For Pier-Luc, he had already made plans of his own. He had come to the conclusion that his life wasn’t worth living anymore and would be better of dying and leave this world of troubles.

Indebted beyond measure, death threats from a Mafia circle, he felt overwhelmed. Little did he know that his life was about to chnage forever. In the middle of Service, Bishop Rugagi singled him out and began to prophesy about his death will and preparations he had made earlier. On top of that, Bishop Rugagi prophetically gave him some money to start anew, for Jesus was in control of everything.

That Sunday, he left the Church transformed with no death wish to be reckoned with. He came back a few months later, visibly radiating with joy and evidently at ease, to testify of the goodness and grace of the King of Kings, Jesus-Christ.
